3D-RENDERING $250.00 per rendering

Lets face it; creating amazing renderings is hard. It can be very time consuming, tedious and it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the countless amount of components that go into producing a quality rendering, but that is what we are here for. Let us do the tedious work that goes into creating the renderings that will wow your client.

This is a great service for designers, developers, architects, real estate agents and homeowners who wants to see their space before it’s built.  The purpose of the rendering is for design planning, sales and conceptualization.  3D-Rendering is our bread and butter.  We focus on creating amazing images that don’t blow your budget. 

For the professional, you may have a 3D-Model (ex: Sketchup) already completed.  By providing that to us we will be able to keep this flat rate price.  If this is not something that you created, no worries, we have the ability to provide that service for an additional cost.   See below

3D-MODELS 25¢ per square foot

If you are a homeowner or a designer that doesn’t have that 3d-model created we can do that for you.  This service is provided at cost per square foot.  Some of the basics which we look for are architectural plans and a material list. 

The architectural plans or CAD files are the best starting point for us.  They allow us to get exact dimensions of walls, windows, doors etc.  With that, if you don’t have plans that’s ok.  Photos with measurements, hand sketched drawings with dimensions will also work.

A material list so we know how you want your space to look.  Our goal is to accurately show photo realistic images of what your new kitchen, bathroom design will look like, or any room for that matter.  The more information you’re able to provide us with, the better.

NEW DESIGNER SETUP $500.00

Are you a new designer who is just getting started and doesn’t have a clue where to begin?  We are here for you.  What this service provides is a filing system on your computer so you can keep your projects organized in a simplistic setup.  We can also provide CAD set-up (including a title block) for easy flow in each project.  All we need is a company logo and basic information for us to start. 

THE PROCESS

  1. First step is for you to send all the information for the design, including furniture, materials, appliances, photos, measurements, etc. and a 3d-model if you have one.

  2. We require a 50% upfront payment to confirm the project.

  3. We will start the process of creating the images in our 3d software.

  4. The first draft showing camera angles and a general sense of the of the image will be sent to you for review. 

  5. First revisions would include changes to things like the camera angles and major design issues (revision 1).

  6. We will send back a second draft with your comments addressed.

  7. Client Feedback (revision 2).

  8. Further comments addressed.

  9. Client feedback (revision 3)

  10. Final image(s) sent to you.  If there are still additional comments that need to be addressed we will work with you to get it right (additional changes may have extra fee’s associated).

  11. Final payment- removal of any watermarks.
